The Sweet Home News, from Sweet Home, OR, reports that Linn County District Attorney Doug Marteeny last week joined with his Lane County counterpart, Patty Perlow, and four crime victims in an effort to seek a judge’s order that Gov. Kate Brown and state agencies following her direction be required to follow Oregon’s clemency laws.
